The Approach

Hypnotherapy – Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis as a therapeutic technique to bring about a focused state of consciousness.  The focused state increases an individual’s receptivity to suggestions, ideas or images from a subconscious level.  With hypnotherapy and personalized positive suggestions, a person can master their own states of consciousness, influence their physiological and psychological responses, and create new patterns of behavior that enable them to reach their goals.  Limiting beliefs, lack of focus, and internal obstacles can be overcome through hypnotherapy.

Therapeutic Guided Imagery – Imagery is a therapeutic technique that uses images and pictures to communicate with the subconscious mind.  The brain learns through pictures and images.  All of our behavior is the result of learned responses.  Therefore, if something is learned, it can be unlearned and replaced with new strategies through imagination, visualization, and the utilization of all your senses.

Past Life Regression – Past life regression is a valuable tool for therapy.  It has the potential to open doors to deeper levels of the mind and has been used to create profound change in a person’s life. This technique will only be utilized at the request of the client.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) – The body, like a house, is comprised of a structural and electrical system.  The structure of the body is the framework – the cell, fibers and tissues.  Coursing through the framework is the electrical system that’s carried through the structure via tiny pathways called meridians. Meridians are used for acupressure and acupuncture.  Negative events, memories or thoughts disrupt the flow of energy and are major contributors to pain, disease and anxiety.  Emotional freedom technique resets the energy disruption, releases the negative emotion, and alleviates the pain, discomfort, craving or negative charge associated with a thought.

Reiki – Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing (Rand, 1991). It is a vibrational or subtle energy that is believed to balance the biofield or the energy surrounding the body and strengthen the body’s ability to heal itself.  Energy blocs are created by illness, emotional or physical trauma, thought forms and stress.  Reiki works by removing energy blocks and refilling areas where life force energy is low.  The energy field created by Reiki submerges the client into a dimension of healing.
